Ordering

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our very best to help you with any changes in your order as long as the order has not been picked up by the courier company. Send us a email as soon as possible at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com

We do our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure that it is processed and delivered promptly. This means that we will be unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

Shipping

You should receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped out with the tracking details:

Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our warehouse
team and it's currently on the way to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly with the tracking
information.

Our logistics partner J&T will be delivering your order to your doorstep
within 3 to 5 working days.

Orders once received will be processed quickly.

However, do allow slight delay for orders during peak season / sale events.

Your order will usually take between 3 to 10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all panties sold online. For other products, we will allow exchanges within 7 days at our shops.

We urge you to refer to our Pierre Cardin Lingerie size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.

We do our utmost to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please email us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com, so that we can urgently review the matter for you!

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please email us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.comwithin 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship to you the correct product!

Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Dependent on your bank, it may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.

International Orders

Our fulfilment team will ensure correct merchandise packed, before arranging for international shipping.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com, and we will provide you with further instructions on the next course of action.

Refund amount will be credited to you by Pierre Cardin Lingerie Singapore in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original payment tender.
Request must be put up within 30 days from date of purchase.

Note: Shipping fees are not refunded for international orders.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged at any Pierre Cardin Lingerie store in your country.

Once we receive all required information, we will process your refund credit immediately. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.

Items purchased for international shipping cannot be exchanged.

International Shipping with DHL

International shipping rates, calculated by DHL Express during Checkout, takes a number of factors into account. These include number of items purchased, items weight, and the destination location / region. Prior to making payment, shipping rates will be automatically calculated during checkout, after shipping address / information is keyed in.

Typically, an international package takes between 1 to 3 weeks to reach. The delivery duration of the package from one place to another also depends on the size, shape, and the items in the package.

Once your parcel is packed, you will receive an email from us, with a DHL tracking number to track your international parcel.
