Can I exchange for the items I purchased?

Exchange Policy applies to merchandise purchased on our official website –https://pierrecardinlingerie.com and in all Pierre Cardin Stores listed on this website ONLY.

Any Pierre Cardin Lingerie merchandise purchased through third parties or our stockists are not covered under this Exchange Policy.

For merchandise purchased online, we will allow exchanges within 7 days at our stores. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in product SKU or the price tag has been cut or removed. Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund. Stock exchange is subject to store availability, internal stock transfer is not allowed.

Due to hygiene reasons, all panties and girdles cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discounted price items and items bought on sales on our website or our Clearance sales in-stores cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We urge you to refer to our Pierre Cardin Lingerie size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.


How do I do a store exchange?

Step 1 - You will need to email us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com with the email titled [ Store Exchange - Order ID xxxxxx ].

State within the email what product you wish to exchange for, the size you need and preferred location(s) for exchange. Please also include a screenshot of your receipt in the email.

This will allow us to ensure your items are ready for your exchange in-stores before you make a trip down.

Step 2 - Upon our reply and confirmation of stock availability, you may proceed to exchange the item in store to complete the store exchange.

What is considered a defect

Defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacturing defects at the point of receipt such as stains (before washing), holes, pilling, dented cups, broken straps or hooks. 

Due to the nature of products that are mass manufactured, there might be slight discrepancies of 1-3cm between our merchandise and the measurements we have provided as a guide within our fit chart. As such, these discrepancies are not regarded as a defect.

Together with this email, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the defect.

What do I do if I have received a defective item?

We are very sorry you have received a defective item. Please write to us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com with the email titled [ Defective Item – Order xxxxxx ]. immediately and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. 


Together with this email, please provide us with a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the defect.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item/s?

We are very sorry that you have received the wrong item. If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please write to us at contact@pierrecardinlingerie.com with the email titled [ Wrong Item – Order xxxxxx ] within 7 days of receiving the product, this will help in expediting your return/reshipment request.


All wrongly sent item(s) needs to come intact with original packaging with tags attached.


How are refunds handled?

Should a refund be processed  due to our inability to fulfil your  order, the amount will be credited back to the credit card used to complete the original purchase. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your card statement.
