Yes, The Right Fit Rewards Program is an integrated loyalty programme that links both online (brand website) & offline (boutiques) purchases to reward members with points. You may also view your account details under “My account” tab after you log in e.g., Points accumulated, past purchases, member tiers & others.

You can earn points by making purchases on brand website & in boutiques. Points are awarded upon payment made.

After logging in, your points balance will be reflected below your name.

There is no cap to points accumulation. As member make more purchases, the more points he/she will earn. Please note that points are valid for 1 year & the points validity period is the same as member’s tier validity period.

Points may take a few minutes to be updated under your account. If points are not updated within 7 business days, please drop us an email at therightfit@sorella.com.sg.

Upon logging in, click / tap on ‘Redeem Rewards” to view all available rewards. If you have enough points, you will be able to redeem with points & utilize the reward in boutiques. *Please note that rewards utilization on website is currently unavailable.
